Moments, events and achievements in my tech journey
Participation in the NOSSA Seguros Hackathon, focused on fraud prevention in the insurance sector. The team developed a technological solution oriented towards detecting and mitigating fraud, achieving 3rd place among several participating teams. The experience was highlighted by technical intensity, team collaboration, and applying technology to solve real problems in the Angolan market.
Participation in the NASA Space Apps Challenge 2025 with team 'C de Çapato'. In 48 hours, the team developed the 'NASA Farm Navigators' project, a digital platform using NASA's Earth observation data to support farmers in monitoring crop health and harvest planning. The project stood out for real data integration, multidisciplinary collaboration, and functional delivery, achieving 3rd place locally.
Participation in the first 42 Luanda Hackathon with the MapaZZZ project, an intelligent and accessible mobile application for mapping, monitoring, and preventing malaria, especially in regions with limited connectivity. In a short time, the team developed an end-to-end functional solution, integrating AI, offline support, USSD, and climate data for risk zone prediction. The project was noted for its strong social impact, technical complexity, and final presentation.
Participation in the 2025 ISPTEC Programming Marathon, a competition focused on solving algorithmic problems, logical reasoning, and teamwork under pressure. The event reinforced skills in data structures, algorithmic complexity, and efficient solution implementation within limited time.
Participation in the National Programming Marathon organized by AOCPC, bringing together university teams from across the country to solve high-level algorithmic challenges. The competition required strategic thinking, computational efficiency, and technical collaboration, consolidating experience in competitive programming at a national level.
Achieved 3rd place in the 2024 ISPTEC Programming Marathon, a result that guaranteed qualification for the National Programming Championship. The competition involved complex challenges in algorithms and data structures, requiring precision, time management, and strong team coordination.
